A Moment

I love this picture. Look at the moment of quiet in the midst of vacation fun. The tubes, the fishing boat, the paddle boat, the fishing pole on the dock, the swim rafts, the deck chairs, the sun on the water all speak of summer. In the quiet yard, a squirrel on the bird feeder pauses, inches from the porch where a quiet soul crept patiently to snap a picture. The squirrel's moment of a sneak treat from the well stocked feeders. His pause to wonder whether the intruder will let him catch a snack, or scare him away. (He got his snack this time.)
